Driver Qualification file compliance
Built a proactive Medical Examiner Certificate renewal tracking system that closed the biggest gap in DQ file compliance. Contributed to an internal "Supply Chain of the Year" award and took the site from one of the lower-performing fleet locations to the top-performing among 9 large fleet plants.

Hours-of-Service violation reduction
Identified that a rigid clock-in policy was causing drivers to unintentionally violate HOS rules. Proposed and won approval for a 15-minute grace window after reset, cutting attendance-driven HOS violations from 3–4 per month to near zero.

Landing gear injury elimination via training video
After landing-gear-related injuries spiked, produced a training video with a corporate videographer, a fleet manager, and an experienced driver demonstrating proper 53-ft trailer landing gear technique. Released May 2024 — zero OSHA-recordable landing gear injuries since.
